Would highly recommend. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Our furnace needed replacement. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the correct furnace model for our house, answer all our questions, and knew how to run the new control panel. Joe saved me thousands! It’s still early to tell how long my A/C unit will last but he is confident that it will at least the season.

My A/C was running but not blowing cool air. I had another company earlier come to check it out and a few minutes later, he told me that repair would be $6k+ and he recommends replacing my A/C unit which is $7k+. I was in disbelief, and started to ask around to check pricing for a new unit. I called All-ways to quote me on installing a new unit. I had receive several quotes from other companies and was looking for the best option.

Joe was on time and asked me right away what was wrong with my unit. I explained to him what the other technician said and he asked if he can take a look. After looking at my unit, he told me his thoughts on the issue, and that I don’t need to replace it! That was unbelievable, I called him for a quote on a new unit and instead, he told me his honest advice, potentially saving me thousands! If he didn’t come by and looked at my unit, I would have installed a new one in the coming days.

I’m taking the time to write this review and I want to make it detail enough so that others who need HVAC service know who to call and don’t have to spend hours trying to find someone honest to diagnose any issues. At first, price was the main point, but now I spent more than what Joe charged! It’s important to check around for prices and services, but it’s also important that the company is transparent and honest. I have little to no knowledge on HVAC, and Joe explained every detail and what caused my unit to have issues. He also showed me what signs to look for in the future that indicates there is a problem and what I need to do to maintain it. I went from needing to replace my unit, costing $4k+, to a service under $500. Although my coils were frozen and thawed out, the outcome of my unit is still iffy but Joe even gave me a guarantee! Now I have cool air flowing again and more knowledge about my unit.

ALL-WAYS IS THE BEST! Joe and Josh have been keeping my family and friends warm and cozy for almost twenty years.

They answered the call that summer in 2005 and saved my grandfather from the heat. Fast, and affordable, they installed a new A/C unit next day. Before that winter we made sure there was a dependable, high efficiency, Bryant furnace in place of the glorified electric hair dryer (with 2 blown elements) that came with the house in 1976.

Since then they have kept those units running beautifully, checking the refrigerant when called, and troubleshooting most furnace questions with a text.

December 2022, we upgraded to a Bryant 96% efficient propane furnace and love the added safety features that would be triggered if the tank got below 20%.

Two days before New Years our furnace started making an awful grinding noise and started to smell hot. It was after hours and I quickly did a google search to find someone to come out. I initially called a 'big guy' HVAC company in the area and got strung along with their sales pitches. Repair man from that company arrived late and insisted that our 8 year old furnace was on its way out and initiated his sales team to come visit. That salesman put on his show. Called his 'sales manager' to make me a deal and try to upsell us their $20k furnace package instead of replace the blower fan.

I kindly told them to leave and called All-Ways and wish I would have called them from the start! Joe's quick response and communication was far superior to the experience I had with the other company that was quick to take advantage of someone in a bind. Joe didn't have the part in stock to come same day but gave me a realistic timeline and communicated with me each step of the way. Something the other team struggled with.

Josh arrived to replace the blower fan on time and was thorough, professional, and reassured us that our furnace did still have plenty of life left. It's so hard to find an honest team that isn't just trying to make the big sale and truly still believes in building long term customers. Excellent service!  The blower motor on my A/C was failing and All-Ways was recommended to me by a friend.  I called and Joe answered and got me set up for appointment first thing the next morning.  Josh was on time and did a great job!  He answered all of my questions and gave me some tips on maintenance I can do myself as well.  I will definitely use their services again! Got hot here in MN and our AC stopped working, call around to several places and most were a week or more out. Found All-Ways via google and called and spoke to Josh, explained the diagnosis of the problem and Josh knew right away what it was and said he could have someone here the next day.
Joe was the one who arrived today to work on my AC, super friendly, knowledgeable and had it fixed in under 15 minutes.
While Joe was wrapping up and checking things over I mentioned that the house doesn't cool/regulate very well and he started looking at the duct work and noticed that the return was undersized for the home and he ended up going the extra mile, re-adjusting things and now my upper floor cools down WAY faster then it ever has in the 9 years we've been here.
Joe mentioned putting in a zoned system where it can auto close and open the dampeners and I'll definitely be having them come back to install that system before winter comes.
On top of all this Joe had mentioned he just got back from a trip out west and was coming off of little sleep, I really appreciated him still getting here to get me back up and running again and taking the extra time working through the stuff he did, will definitely be using All-Ways again.

Had air conditioner unit stop blowing cool air during a hot stretch of the summer. Called in the morning and they responded promptly and had availability the same day. The technician came on-time, assessed the issue and made the repair expeditiously. I was thoroughly impressed with every interaction I had with All-Ways: the respectful and professional demeanor of the technician, the rapid response (impressive considering the busy summer season) and the price which I felt was fair with respect to the fix required. I highly recommend.
